The intervention area, covering approximately 3620 m2, is located on a slightly sloping site with good sun exposure and expansive views to the Southwest towards the surrounding rural landscape.
The intervention includes land shaping to create functional areas with comfortable access, the creation of a multifunctional lawn for recreation, and the design of a vegetable garden.
The structuring of the space is achieved through a balance between function and accessibility. Road and pedestrian entrances are located on the upper levels, where a paved reception platform is created. Pedestrian access is surrounded by ornamental shrub vegetation. Road access is bordered by grass which, together with some ornamental trees, frames the house.
The east facade of the house is framed by shrub masses. In the middle of these, a small seating area emerges. On the other side of the stairs connecting the front and back of the house, a vegetable garden appears, enclosed between two retaining walls. Two secondary staircases provide access to the well area and allow for walks in a wooded area. This wooded zone complements the western zone where larger trees will appear. Both help preserve the identity of the place, ensure continuity with the landscape, and provide a naturalized ambiance in areas further away from the house and less frequently used.
At the back of the house, a leveled and paved dining area is created. The adjacent space is grassy, practically free of vegetation, and multifunctional, allowing for free recreation.
At a lower level, accessible by stairs, there is a social area around a fire pit.
Regarding vegetation, from a macro perspective, the intention is to create wooded areas, with greater tree density and covered by meadow, on the outer boundaries of the property. This wooded area embraces the clearing, which allows, on the one hand, to highlight the house and, on the other, to create larger usable areas near the dwelling. This zoning allows for two complementary environments within the property: a more naturalized one on the periphery and a more formal one in the center.
